Elhelyezkedés:

A szálloda 26 km-re található Alanya központjától és 1 km-re Avsalartól.

Az antalyai repülőtér 95 km-re van a hoteltől.

A szállodát 1999-ben nyitották meg, 2010-ben új épületet építettek, a főépületet 2015-ben felújították.

Az ingatlan teljes területe 6800 négyzetméter.

Két 5 emeletes tömbből áll - A blok és B blok, amelyeket egy magaslati átjáró köt össze. A kényelem érdekében mindegyikben 2 lift található.
